What happens if I go over 75 reviews in a month

If your account exceeds the 75 reviews included in your plan, no problem—our system is designed to handle overages in a simple and cost-effective way.

Here’s how it works: Each review request uses a small portion of credits, and as a rule of thumb, $10 covers about 200 review requests. Your account also starts each month with a $5 credit, which is typically enough to cover the phone number fees and the communication required for up to 75 review requests.

If you exceed the 75 reviews in a month, the system will first use any remaining portion of your $5 monthly credit. Only after that is used will it apply an additional $10 credit to cover the extra review requests. This $10 credit doesn’t expire and rolls over month to month until it’s fully used. Depending on your usage, it could last months or even years for additional review requests if your overages are small.

We know this can sound a bit confusing, but rest assured—you’ll never see a dramatic increase on your invoice, and we’re always here to answer any questions you have. During your onboarding call, we’ll go over everything to make sure it’s crystal clear and tailored to your business needs.

Are there any additional costs associated with this?

There are two additional fees you should be aware of when using Go Big Reputation, both of which are standard for businesses texting U.S. numbers and are not unique to our service.

A2P 10DLC Registration: As part of your onboarding process, your business will need to complete an A2P (Application-to-Person) registration. This is a requirement for all businesses worldwide that want to send text messages to U.S. phone numbers. It ensures your texts comply with carrier regulations and reduces the chance of being flagged as spam. This is a one-time fee, typically around $20, and is required for your phone number to be verified.

Monthly Phone Number Fee: To send messages, you’ll also have a small monthly fee for your dedicated phone number(s). This fee is typically less than $2 per month per number.

These fees fall under what we call 'Re-Billing' fees. That means Go Big Reputation simply passes these charges directly to you at cost—there’s no markup from us. These are unavoidable fees charged by carriers, and we handle the logistics to keep it simple for you.

Rest assured, these costs are minimal and ensure your business can operate within the industry’s best practices for texting and communication. If you have any questions about these fees or the registration process, we’re happy to walk you through it during onboarding!
